Mark
is Uckfield born and bred, and attended the Community Technical
College in the town before moving on to Marjons in Plymouth where
he completed a Sports Science and IT degree with honours.
A career in the sport and play industry was perhaps inevitable as, from an early age, Mark has shown a natural aptitude for most sports. He is a key member of Uckfield Rugby Club's first team, which recently won the Sussex Shield, and is a Captain of Uckfield Anderida Cricket Club. He also enjoys a round of golf and when the opportunity arises, can be found on the ski slopes of the French Alps.
On leaving college Mark took a position as a roving engineer with a leading indoor play manufacturer. He quickly learnt the skills of the trade and in a little over three months was promoted to a managerial role organising engineering teams and overseeing the technical aspects of the operation.
As Managing Director Mark co-ordinates the national activities of Sport and Play and, with his technical acumen and in-depth knowledge of the fitness as well as sport and play industry, he is well placed to impart his expertise to both clients and staff.
